[And that was the crux of it.] We're Robins. Damian's a Robin. A normal, stable household and life? It's not what we really need. I used to think I'd go back to being a civilian. But being Robin changes your whole world. It'll never be enough, knowing what I do now. Knowing I can help more.
Clark's great; and I'm sure there's plenty of non-smoking people who don't have a prison record. But he's not a Bat. He won't know him or Bruce or what it takes to be a mortal hero like we do.
